Come along as we go pekapeka spotting in the Franklin area!

Join us for an evening walk to see pekapeka (bats), as they emerge at dusk to feed. These Bat Walks are a chance to experience our night-time taonga in action and learn more about the important role they play in our taiao.

With the help of bat detectors, we’ll be able to hear their calls while watching them fly through the evening sky. It’s a special way to connect with nature right here in our own backyard.
